Masayuki Saito, President & CEO
- Engaged in Vietnam-related business since 2003.
- Starting from food raw material sourcing and contract manufacturing development, he has accumulated extensive hands-on experience in industrial park development, manufacturing market entry support, M&A, real estate, and trade.
- Supported market entry for over 250 companies into Vietnam
- Core member in the development of the Long Hau Industrial Park rental factory area and KIZUNA JV
- Led the successful planning and attraction of Vietnam’s first small-scale rental factories for SMEs, laying the foundation for what has become Vietnam’s No.1 rental factory business.
- Outside Director of Hotel Mikazuki Group (also serving as auditor for its Vietnam entity)
- Actively involved as a core member from F/S through development, opening, and operations of Mikazuki Da Nang, achieving a rare and complex service-industry M&A in Vietnam.
- His guiding principle is to support decision-making from both on-the-ground operational and management perspectives, rather than relying on desk-based theory.
